Scope of Practice:

Health and wellness coaching is a collaborative, client-centered process that helps individuals create sustainable lifestyle changes and take control of their long-term well-being. A health coach provides personalized guidance, structure, and weekly accountability in areas such as nutrition, stress management, sleep, movement, mindset, and daily habits.

Coaching can help with anything wellness including weight management, emotional eating, sleep and stress management, hormonal balance, improving energy, building consistency, and developing a healthier relationship with food and your body. The goal is to empower clients with the tools, education and support they need to transform their health in a way that lasts.

I offer weekly 1:1 coaching, an accountability partner, nutrition advice, all while using Neuroplasticity and Psychology-based scientific strategies.
