It was until I made a choice that changed everything. I realized that my greatest investment was not my career or my 401k but my health. When my dad was diagnosed with Leukemia, it opened my eyes to the power of lifestyle medicine and sparked a passion for understanding how our daily habits shape our long term well being.
My own health challenges, including navigating PCOS, taught me how confusing and frustrating it can feel when your body is not responding the way you expect. For years, I tried to loose the excessive weight while trying to change my lifestyle. What finally made the difference was having support, accountability, and a plan grounded in science rather than quick fixes.
Working with a health coach changed my life. With steady guidance and small, realistic steps, I began to see sustainable results. Progress didn’t mean perfection, it meant better sleep, improved nutrition, managing stress, and a focus on balancing my blood sugar. My own personal experience has inspired me to help others do the same.
